Dwight A. Miller is a graduate of Yale University (B.A. 1967) and the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D. 1973). He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1974, the Missouri Bar in 1984, and the Florida Bar in 2003. Mr. Miller is a former general counsel of St. Joe Minerals Corporation, and he has served as a director and chairman of a number of nonprofit civic organizations. Mr. Miller practices in the areas of banking, finance, and corporate law.
