Stuart J. Haft was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996. He received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Florida in 1989, a masters degree in accounting from the University of West Florida in 1990 and a law degree with honors from the University of Cincinnati in 1996. Mr. Haft has also been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Florida since 1991. He joined the Firm in 1997. He serves as a director of the Mestal Foundation, a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Committee of Adopt-A-Family of Palm Beach County and a member of the Palm Beach County Estate Planning Council. Mr. Haft practices in the areas of wills, trusts and estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift taxation, probate, private foundations, and business law.
