David H. Baker is a graduate of Mississippi State University (B.A. 1969) and the University of Mississippi (J.D. 1973). He was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1973 and the Florida Bar in 1974 and joined the Firm in 1974. He has served as a director and chairman of a number of nonprofit, civic, and business organizations. Mr. Baker practices in the areas of banking, finance, corporate, and real estate law. Mr. Baker also has extensive experience in secured financing of real estate and pleasure yachts representing both borrowers and lenders.
