Carol S. Waxler was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983. She received both her undergraduate degree and law degree from Florida State University. From 1998 to the fall of 2006, she was Vice President/General Counsel for Allied Richard Bertram Marine Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries. She practices in the area of admiralty law and real estate law. She joined the firm in September, 2006.
